All apartments have high-speed Internet, linen (sheets, Comforters, blankets, towels, beach towels), fully equipped kitchen, personal hygiene products, customer service, and outdoor parking, with 24-hour security cameras hours.
General Policies
- Check in: 4:00 PM.
- Check out: 12:00 PM.
- Pets accepted upon request and approval from SOFHY LOFTS (Pet Fee: $ 75).
- 100% refundable security deposit after check out: $ 250.
- To guarantee the reservation, the guest must make the payment of 35% of the total cost of the reservation, the remaining 65% must be canceled before or on the day of check in.
- The security deposit must be paid before or on the day of check in.
Cancellations
- 50% refund of the total payment, if the cancellation is requested 15 days before the day of check in.
- 100% refund, if the cancellation is requested 45 days before the day of check in.
- Cancellations 24 hours before check in will not be refunded.
